Tepro
Privacy Policy
The short version: Tepro has no account, no advertising and no analytics. Your scripts and videos stay on your iPhone. Camera and microphone are only used while you record. The only data that leaves your device is what is needed to handle in-app purchases (via Apple and RevenueCat), and it is not linked to your name or email.

2. The app
Data on your iPhone
Your scripts, prompter settings and the number of recordings you have made are stored on your iPhone only. They are not transmitted to us or anyone else. The recording counter is kept in the iPhone's keychain so that the free quota is not reset by reinstalling the app. Deleting the app removes your scripts and settings.
Permissions
- Camera and microphone: used only while the prompter is open with the camera turned on, to show the preview and record your video. Nothing is streamed or uploaded.
- Photos (add only): used to save finished recordings to your photo library. Tepro cannot see, read or change any other photos.
- Files: when you import a document (PDF, RTF, TXT, Markdown), Tepro only reads the file you picked and copies its text into a script.
You can withdraw any permission at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
In-app purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. To check whether you have Tepro Pro and to restore purchases, the app uses the service RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., 1032 E Brandon Blvd #3003, Brandon, FL 33511, USA). RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID, your purchase and subscription history from Apple (product, price, currency, dates, renewal status), and technical device data such as app version, iOS version, device model, country/language and IP address. We use this data only to provide and verify your purchases and to see aggregated sales figures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for fulfilling the purchase, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in fraud prevention and business statistics). Transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: revenuecat.com/privacy.
App Store
Apple processes data when you download Tepro or make a purchase, under Apple's own privacy policy. If you have allowed it in your iPhone settings, Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us.
Support by email
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed. Emails to addresses @getsleeponit.app are forwarded by Cloudflare to our mailbox.
3. This website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. The website uses no cookies, no tracking and no external fonts.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to support@getsleeponit.app. As we do not know who you are, please tell us your anonymous app user ID if your request concerns purchase data – you can find it in Tepro under Settings. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
5. Children
Tepro is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
6. Changes
We update this policy when the app or the website changes. The current version is always available on this page.
Datenschutzerklärung
Kurz gesagt: Tepro hat kein Konto, keine Werbung und kein Tracking. Deine Skripte und Videos bleiben auf deinem iPhone. Kamera und Mikrofon werden nur während der Aufnahme genutzt. Das Einzige, was dein Gerät verlässt, sind die für In-App-Käufe nötigen Daten (über Apple und RevenueCat) – ohne Bezug zu deinem Namen oder deiner E-Mail-Adresse.

2. Die App
Daten auf deinem iPhone
Deine Skripte, Prompter-Einstellungen und die Anzahl deiner Aufnahmen werden ausschließlich auf deinem iPhone gespeichert und weder an uns noch an Dritte übertragen. Der Aufnahmezähler liegt im Schlüsselbund des iPhones, damit das Gratis-Kontingent nicht durch Neuinstallation zurückgesetzt wird. Wenn du die App löschst, werden deine Skripte und Einstellungen entfernt.
Berechtigungen
- Kamera und Mikrofon: nur, solange der Prompter mit eingeschalteter Kamera geöffnet ist – für die Vorschau und die Aufnahme deines Videos. Es wird nichts gestreamt oder hochgeladen.
- Fotos (nur hinzufügen): um fertige Aufnahmen in deiner Mediathek zu speichern. Tepro kann keine anderen Fotos sehen, lesen oder ändern.
- Dateien: beim Import eines Dokuments (PDF, RTF, TXT, Markdown) liest Tepro nur die ausgewählte Datei und übernimmt ihren Text als Skript.
Du kannst jede Berechtigung jederzeit in den iPhone-Einstellungen widerrufen.
In-App-Käufe (Apple und RevenueCat)
Käufe wickelt Apple ab. Deinen Namen, deine E-Mail-Adresse oder Zahlungsdaten erhalten wir nicht. Um zu prüfen, ob du Tepro Pro hast, und Käufe wiederherzustellen, nutzt die App den Dienst RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., 1032 E Brandon Blvd #3003, Brandon, FL 33511, USA). RevenueCat erhält eine zufällige, anonyme App-Nutzer-ID, deine Kauf- und Abohistorie von Apple (Produkt, Preis, Währung, Daten, Verlängerungsstatus) sowie technische Gerätedaten wie App-Version, iOS-Version, Gerätemodell, Land/Sprache und IP-Adresse. Wir nutzen diese Daten nur, um deine Käufe bereitzustellen und zu prüfen und um zusammengefasste Verkaufszahlen zu sehen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO zur Vertragserfüllung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO aus unserem berechtigten Interesse an Betrugsvermeidung und Geschäftsstatistik). App Store
Apple verarbeitet beim Download und bei Käufen Daten nach den eigenen Datenschutzbestimmungen. Hast du es in den iPhone-Einstellungen erlaubt, kann Apple uns anonyme Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken bereitstellen.
Support per E-Mail
Wenn du uns schreibst, nutzen wir deine E-Mail-Adresse und Nachricht nur, um dir zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO), und löschen sie, wenn sie nicht mehr benötigt werden. E-Mails an Adressen @getsleeponit.app werden von Cloudflare an unser Postfach weitergeleitet.
3. Diese Website
Diese Website wird von Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) gehostet. Beim Besuch verarbeitet Cloudflare technische Daten wie deine IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Seite und Browsertyp, um die Seite auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Übermittlungen in die USA erfolgen auf Grundlage des EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework und der Standardvertragsklauseln. Die Website verwendet keine Cookies, kein Tracking und keine externen Schriftarten.
4. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Schreib uns an support@getsleeponit.app. Da wir nicht wissen, wer du bist, nenne uns bei Anfragen zu Kaufdaten bitte deine anonyme App-Nutzer-ID – du findest sie in Tepro unter Settings. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren.
5. Kinder
Tepro richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren und erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von ihnen.
6. Änderungen
Wir passen diese Erklärung an, wenn sich App oder Website ändern. Die aktuelle Fassung findest du immer auf dieser Seite.
